White plastic postcards are printed in full color on sturdy 20 point white plastic stock well suited for durable applications. Plastic postcards come in 2 standard sizes, 4x6 and 4.25"x6" with rounded corners.
When you need something very durable for outdoor and marine environments or long life use these 20 point white plastic postcard cards will outlast any postcards printed on card stock.
Please note that color critical work is not a good fit plastic card printing These cards are printed on substrates that do not interact with ink in the same manner as paper based card stocks. Due to the shared club run print method used to produce plastic cards we are not able to print physical color proofs.
- Color on plastic substrates will not match standard color swatches or the same colors printed on paper or card stocks.
With these factors in mind we are not able to offer refunds or discounts for issues related to colour reproduction. You acknowledge these factors when placing your order.
Can I Print On Both Sides?
Yes! This product can be printed on both sides
Can I Add Foil Or Spot UV?
Unfortunately, no. We do not offer this option at the moment.
Can I Get A Magnetic Strip On This Item?
Unfortunately, no. We do not offer this option at the moment.
Can I Get Square And/Or Change Radius Of Corners?
Unfortunately, no. We do not offer this option at the moment.
Can This Be Die Cut?

Technical Specifications + Templates
Bleeds: all files must have a 1/8" bleed on each side
Live Area: keep all critical text and artwork 1/8" inside the trim
Colors: supply your files in CMYK color (Pantone/RGB colors will be converted or rejected)
Resolution: 300 dpi minimum (400 dpi preferred)
Fonts: fonts must converted to curves/outlines (we do not accept fonts).
Transparencies: flatten all transparencies
Types Of Files We Accept: MAC & PC files from Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator (EPS or AI), CorelDraw (CDR or EPS), Adobe Acrobat PDF, TIFF or JPEG.
