Recycled paper brochures are printed on 100% recycled 80lb paper with an uncoated matte finish. Your brochures are printed in any of our standard sizes including letter, legal and tabloid size with a tri-fold, half-fold or a z-fold.
We also print custom size brochures at Clubcard, just click on the custom quote tab and we'll get back to you pronto.
This option is for full color brochures printed on recycled paper on our digital press using the most advanced digital printing technology for affordable small quantities of high quality brochures.

Use the Proper Template
Different folds have different panel sizes and templates. When available, please use the available template from our File Prep tab, or ask us and we can create one for you. Also, many templates have 2 pages, be sure to watch for inside and outside when designing brochures.
Be Wary of Margins
Leave lots of space around the fold lines of your brochure. Folding can vary slightly from the template.
Avoid Borders
Borders make it obvious when even slight shifting occurs. For best results, we don't recommend borders. If you must, ensure they are as far from the edge of the paper or fold mark as possible.
Heavy Coverage on Folds Can Lead to Cracking
Avoid designing your brochure with heavy or solid dark ink coverage on the folds, over time the stock can crack and show white paper fibres.
Technical Specifications + Templates
Bleeds: all files must have a 1/8" bleed on each side
Live Area: keep all critical text and artwork 1/8" inside the trim
Colors: supply your files in CMYK color (Pantone/RGB colours will be converted or rejected)
Resolution: 300 dpi minimum (400 dpi preferred)
Fonts: fonts must converted to curves/outlines (we do not accept fonts).
Transparencies: flatten all transparencies
Types Of Files We Accept: MAC & PC files from Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator (EPS or AI), CorelDraw (CDR or EPS), Adobe Acrobat PDF, TIFF or JPEG.
