Print brochures on 100% recycled Desert Storm, 80lb kraft paper with a tri-fold, half fold or a z-fold. We print your brochures in letter, legal and tabloid sizes, plus custom size brochures by custom quote.
This recycled kraft paper has a light sand hue (that's where the name came from) and is a great option for brochures, food and drink menus, instruction sheets and unique product packaging ideas with a natural appeal.
These brochures are printed on our digital press in full color plus optional white ink, allowing you to create bold and striking designs.

Use the Proper Template
Different folds have different panel sizes and templates. When available, please use the available template from our File Prep tab, or ask us and we can create one for you. Also, many templates have 2 pages, be sure to watch for inside and outside when designing brochures.
Be Wary of Margins
Leave lots of space around the fold lines of your brochure. Folding can vary slightly from the template.
Avoid Borders
Borders make it obvious when even slight shifting occurs. For best results, we don't recommend borders. If you must, ensure they are as far from the edge of the paper or fold mark as possible.
Heavy Coverage on Folds Can Lead to Cracking
Avoid designing your brochure with heavy or solid dark ink coverage on the folds, over time the stock can crack and show white paper fibres.
Technical Specifications + Templates
Bleeds: all files must have a 1/8" bleed on each side
Live Area: keep all critical text and artwork 1/8" inside the trim
Colors: supply your files in CMYK color (Pantone/RGB colors will be converted or rejected)
Spot White: Include a separate file/artboard with these elements colored with Pantone Black to denote the special finishing. Alternatively, if you would like to include these elements in the same file, place these elements on a separate layer and colored with a Pantone color (typically Pantone Black) that denotes the Spot White.
Resolution: 300 dpi minimum (400 dpi preferred)
Fonts: fonts must converted to curves/outlines (we do not accept fonts).
Transparencies: flatten all transparencies
Types Of Files We Accept: MAC & PC files from Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator (EPS or AI), CorelDraw (CDR or EPS), Adobe Acrobat PDF, TIFF or JPEG.
