Print beautiful full color stickers with optional foil stamping and durable lamination that are cut to any custom shape you can imagine. Your stickers are printed on variety of weatherproof or non-weatherproof stocks including white and clear polypropylene, silver foil and white gloss.
Full color printing allows you to design with unlimited creative freedom to engage customers with photos and graphics in vibrant color in virtually any shape you need.
Your custom shape stickers will be supplied as singles or on rolls for ease of application. We also offer stickers rolls with cores made for machine application to high volume product packaging, please ask us for a custom quote and we'll get back to you pronto.

Kiss Cut Die Line (Shape of Sticker): supply a file that includes a vector path outline indicating the shape and size of your die cut sticker. The custom die line for your stickers should be as simple as possible or the order may be placed on hold. Keep your customized shape basic and smooth.
Non-Bleeds (standard): leave a 1/8" margin on your stickers from the trimline
Bleeds (extra cost): add a 1/8" bleed to your artwork past the trimline
Live Area: even if you require a bleed on your stickers, please keep all critical text and critical artwork 1/8" inside the trimline
Colors: CMYK Full Color only (RGB colors will be rejected)
Resolution: 300 dpi minimum (400 dpi preferred)
Fonts: fonts must converted to curves/outlines (we do not accept fonts).
Transparencies: flatten all transparencies
Types of files we accept: MAC & PC files from Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator (EPS or AI), CorelDraw (CDR or EPS), Adobe Acrobat PDF, TIFF or JPEG. 1 color or greyscale stickers can be supplied as a rasterized file (PSD, TIFF or JPEG), indicating Pantone color in order notes, however 2 and 3 color stickers can only be printed from a vector-based file.
